NBC Leadership is a program that exists to build up strong, future leaders who give back to our community through professional leadership, volunteerism, civic engagement, and other forms of service. The NBC Leadership program is made up of NBC community leaders who give of their time to help create programs that accomplish the mission of the program.

Workshops
This class is designed to introduce and dive into various principles of leadership that will help inspire and prepare members to take on new levels of leadership in our community.
Business Breakfast
At various times of year, we will organize a Business Breakfast. Members of the community are invited to attend, and participants can hear from guest speakers about their personal experiences and leadership styles. This is a great chance for our members to gain exposure to new ideas and learn about leadership from real life, practical examples.
NL Church: Global Leadership Summit Conference
The mission of the Global Leadership Network is to inspire and equip world-class leadership that ignites transformation. The Global Leadership Network conducts an annual event called the Global Leadership Summit (GLS). When you invest in developing your leadership skills, you also give back to everyone around you.
It is a full day of experiencing fresh ideas, actionable concepts, heartfelt inspiration, and learning from a diverse faculty which shares their wisdom and practical perspective to support you in your leadership growth.
It is hosted by New Life Church, Witbank as an online event. Our Chamber leadership development council stays in contact with representatives from New Life Church to keep our community involved in the GLS.
The Nkangala Business Chamber is an organization in service of its members, we have dedicated our collective efforts in support of business development and promoting business and economic stimulus and growth.
